Terms of service.

The service

Growthloud is operated by ARRWAY LTD, a company registered in England & Wales ("we"). Growthloud provides a site audit tool (SEO and AI readiness scoring), workspaces with audit history and monitoring, and related growth content and workflows. Some features are free; paid plans unlock more usage and capabilities. During beta, features may change or be gated.

Accounts

You sign in with a work email or Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your inbox secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Acceptable use

• Only audit and monitor sites you own or are authorized to act for.
• No attempts to overload, probe, or bypass rate limits and security controls.
• No reselling of reports or the underlying service without an agreement with us.

Your data

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice. Audit results for public URLs may be stored to power history, caching, and shareable report pages; report pages are unlisted (not indexed) by default and can be deleted on request.

Plans and billing

Prices are listed on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

Intellectual property

Growthloud, its content, playbooks, and software remain ours. Your site content remains yours; reports about your site are yours to share.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Audit scores and recommendations are informational: we do not guarantee rankings, citations in AI answers, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
