What we collect

• Account and workspace data: the email you sign in with, the sites you add, and their audit results, so the app can show your history and monitoring.
• Email you send us: whatever you include when writing sales or support.
• Server and CDN logs: standard request metadata (IP, user agent, path, time) via our host (Cloudflare) for security and reliability.

The app and your Google data

If you sign in at app.growthloud.com and connect Google Search Console (read-only scope), we access the list of your verified Search Console properties and search analytics for the sites you track (clicks, impressions, queries, positions). We use this data only to show it in your workspace and in your monitoring summaries. We store your Google refresh token encrypted (AES-GCM) and cache aggregated search summaries; we do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. Growthloud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from your Google Account permissions or by emailing support@growthloud.com; on disconnection we delete the stored token, and cached data expires within a day.

Why we use it

To run your workspace and monitoring, answer sales and support questions, secure the site, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and app and may process request logs.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments; we never see your full card details.
• Resend — delivers sign-in codes and monitoring alert emails.
• Email providers — when we reply from sales@ or hello@.

Retention

Account and sales records are kept as long as needed to provide access, support billing, and meet basic record-keeping. You can ask us to delete or correct your data by emailing hello@growthloud.com.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site does not currently ship a third-party analytics pixel. If that changes, we will update this notice.

Children

The product is for professional software teams. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International visitors

The site is available in English and Chinese. Infrastructure and inboxes may process data in the United States or other regions where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product and processors change. The page title and copy here are the current version for the public site.
